My friend Laura is an extremely talented artisan. She is the owner of The Yellow Birdhouse  where she makes the most beautiful felt pieces. Wreaths, hair clips, hoop art, headbands, and now more recently, bowties and boutonnieres! She asked if I would take a few pictures of her incredibly handsome sons modelling her newest creations. We also managed to get a family portrait done, as well as a few head shots of her. Thankfully, it was a gorgeous evening for a family photoshoot at Fisherman’s Cove in Eastern Passage. I just love those cute painted little huts!

You’ll probably be seeing more of Laura’s products in my sessions. I’ve ordered some flowered headbands for my little girl newborns. I can’t wait to find some models!
